We're looking for a keen intern that understands (or desperately wants to learn about) startups and operations management.

As an intern, you will be given the opportunity to work on impactful projects and get exposed to interesting things that stretch your development, such as participating in brain-stimulating problem-solving sessions, executing projects in a fast-paced environment, presenting to multiple stakeholders, and many more.

• Ensure smooth operation by receiving, processing & responding to eCommerce partners, location partners, and end-user inquiries daily;
• Supervising, and analyzing parcels with issues, and daily requests/complaints.
• Execute & further expand our PostCo network by researching, approaching new location partners, and helping with partner compliance and onboarding;
• Generate, maintain & analyze performance dashboards, and weekly/ monthly reports;
• Provide ad hoc support to the supervisors.

• Fast learners who can learn and grow at an accelerated rate and can take on rapidly increasing responsibility;
• You are still pursuing a bachelor's degree in university; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply;
• You possess good research, and organization skills;
• Good communication and writing in both Vietnamese and English;
• You have the ability to compile relevant information, provide strategic analysis, present and initiate ideas;
